Well, now we know what Molly's birth day will be. We're scheduled for a c-section on Tuesday, September 15th. We feel relatively at peace with this outcome. We know when and how we're going to deliver so that's less stress. There are positive things to focus on, for sure, and the best of those is a healthy baby! In my mind I always pictured an old fashioned birth (with epidural, of course!) but I'm only a little disappointed that it looks like I won't experience labor at all.
We decided to take friendly advice and spend some special couple time together before she's born. We love Ruth's Chris so we went, ate tasty steaks, and celebrated not only Molly's birth but our 5 yr anniversary that closely follows.
